After the second fermentation in the bottle no disgorgement is carried out. The wine is left in contact with 100% of its fine lees. The appearance is cloudy. It surprises the nose with citrus notes of cedar and lemon with pleasant notes of toasted hazelnut. The taste is fresh and lively, with a bit of bitterness that recalls the almond.
The “AL MANÌNI” line is proudly dedicated to the great Rimini director Federico Fellini.
The name is inspired by a passage from the film Amarcord: the little hands (Al Manìni) mentioned by one of Fellini’s characters (Titta’s grandfather), are none other than the “pappi” of the poplars that fly (wander, wander, wander).
The two “AL MANÌNI FF100” wines were designed precisely to pay homage to the “master” Federico Fellini on the 100th anniversary of his birth.
